What do I need to hang frames on the wall?

What do I need to hang frames on the wall?

We all love to take pictures and always want to put them in prominent places. Some people use their smartphones and laptops to set the loveliest image as a desktop wallpaper. But the most beautiful and classic solution is to hang frames with them on the wall in your house.

To hang the photo frame, you have to prepare some tools and supplies, such as a hammer or screwdriver, measuring tape, pencil, and frame hanger. Depends on the type of wall and the weight of the frame, you have to choose the next supplier.

For wood walls, you can use nails or small screws; the weight of the frame will not be countable. In case you have a light photo frame and not a lot of time, you can choose the adhesive hooks. Notice that adhesive hooks can work almost on any surface.

For drywall and concrete walls, you have to use wall-plug anchors and screws that fit them. For the brick walls, my preferred solution is a brick clip.

To put all frames in the right place, use a measuring tape. Mark that height using a pencil, then measure to find the middle of the wall (from side to side) and mark where the two points meet.

That’s where the center of your artwork should go. Use a pencil to mark future locations for nails/screws.

Using a hammer is not a big deal, just hammer the nail in. In case you need to drill a wall, I recommend checking all measurements twice.

And when you are sure of the future location of frames, drill a hole, then put the plastic anchor into it and put the screw inside.

Hang frames on the wall, and before starting meditation behind them, clean everything. Swipe out all the dust, vacuum the floor, and that’s it.

I hope you got the perfect look wall with all your favorite photos on it. Did you? Please share with us your result!
